Please use these guidelines to make sure you process the Candidate Application and Recommendations Forms accurately and within the agreed timelines. 

Each packet contains the following:

- Candidates Application Form 

- Maturity Quotient Form

- Doctrinal Assessment Form 

- Ministry Recommendation Form 

- Work Reference Form and Employer Recommendation Form

- Parental, Spousal or Friend Recommendation Form 

STEP 1: If interested in participating in the program, please contact Pastor Jim Hart at 732-545-2802 to schedule a psychological evaluation. 

STEP 2: You will be scheduled to attend a session at ALFWC with your Spouse or Parent as applicable to complete the following (if applicable):

- A writing sample

- Spousal/ Parental/ Friend Recommendation Form

STEP 3: All Candidate Applications Forms and Doctrinal Assessment Forms must be completed by Jan 31st, 2024.

STEP 4: Applications will be processed by [insert deadline] and Candidates that are successful at this stage will be notified to continue the application process. Unsuccessful Candidates will also be informed and will have an opportunity for feedback and discussion from a member of the Ministerial Development Team. 

STEP 5: The following forms must be completed and and submitted online by Jan 31st, 2024:

- The Maturity Quotient completed by a Ministry Leader that you have served under while at ALFWC

- The Ministry Recommendation Form completed out by a Minister (with at least 5 years of service), Elder or Pastor of ALFWC.

STEP 6: The Work Reference Form must be submitted for completion to your current Employer/College Tutor who should be provided the link and submitted by Jan 31, 2024.

STEP 7: The Candidates will be informed on the results of their application process no later than Feb 28. 2024.
