To be considered for financial aid, you must fill out this form completely and submit any supporting documents identified below.
Please fill out one form per student. If you have more than one child, you must fill out one form for each.

DEADLINES:

Applications are accepted: May 1, 2023 thru June 15, 2023
Applications received after June 15, 2023 will be evaluated and financial aid awarded only if scholarship funds still remain.
Aid applies for the 2023 Summer, 2023 Fall, and 2024 Spring Sessions/Semesters

ELIGIBILITY:

Awards are based on need, which is determined through household income, number of exemptions, and any other information provided on this form.
Awards can be applied to both private and group lessons.
