2023–2024 Kid’s Club Extended Care Payment Plans

Kids Club Extended Care is available to all CVCS students age 4.9+ in JK–8th grade. Students can attend on a drop-in basis for $5 per 30-minute increments unless they are signed up for one of the payment plan options below.

Extended Care Hours

• K–8th Grade: 7:00–8:00am and 2:30–6:00pm
• JK: 7:00–8:00am and 1:30–6:00pm (Age 4.9+)
• Minimum Day: 11:45am–6:00pm

Extended Care closes promptly at 6:00 pm. $2.00 will be charged for each minute a student is left after closing time.

Only individuals on a student’s authorized pick-up list may sign a child out.

Please note that if you fail to sign your child out for the day, you will be charged through 6:00pm.

Drop-in Rate: $5 per 30 minutes (no plan selection necessary)

Payment Plan Selection *

Payment Plans will be scheduled for automatic payments through FACTS on the first of the month, September–May. August charges will be billed by the half hour. 14 day written notice must be given when changing payment plans.

Morning Payment Plan 7:00–8:00 am, $85/month unlimited use

Afternoon Payment Plan 3:00–6:00 pm (includes all minimum days) $375/month unlimited use

JK “Eaglets” Payment Plan 1:30–3:00 pm (minimum days not included), $200/month unlimited use
