By submitting this application, the Applicant agrees to the following 2024 regulations set by the Jackson Hole Farmers Market on Town Square:
1. The Board of Directors, Market Vendors, Market Manager are limited to selecting (12) Non-Profits serving the local community and not all applications will be accepted.
2. Drop-off of equipment is on the corner of Deloney and Center St with enough time to ready your booth by 8:00am. Tear down is at 12:00pm. Your area must be completely cleared by 12:30pm, including all cleanup of trash in heavy duty trash bags you must be provided by your organization.
3. Each participant shall provide educational information about their organization and activities for all ages at their booth.
4. At least 1 member of your organization must show up at 7am to help set up the JHFM Booth with the Market Manager and help volunteer at the Farmers Market Booth for that market.
5. At least 1 member of your organization must attend your booth at all times during market hours.
6. No sale of any goods or merchandise are permitted at Non-Profit booths.
7. Each participant shall provide the Board of Directors financials and a letter of intent with their application.
8. Non-Profits of the Week are to promote the 2024 Jackson Hole Farmers Market on Town Square throughout the year. Examples may include (but not limited to): social media & website/blog posts, newsletters to subscribers, newspaper, radio and magazine advertisements. ****JHFM will provide a weekly promotion for you to share with your supporters to help increase awareness of the Farmers Market and increase attendance so all the non-profits will benefit from the sales each week.
9. Vendors contribute a to be determined percentage of proceeds to each Non-Profit of the Week which will then be pooled together and given through Old Bill's Fun Run if you are one of their participating non-profits. Otherwise you will receive a check in the mail at the end of the season.
PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU WILL BE ON OBFR's List for 2024.
10. Plan on having one person walk around the market and thank each vendor for their individual donation or hand them a thank you card that day. It goes a long way to thank them for their donation.
10. By accepting funding and submitting this application you agree to providing the JH Farmers Market on Town Square with the following documentation by December 31st, 2024 via email or mail:
i) A brief, one-page report outlining how funds were used.
ii) Copies of all related Marketing Material that your organization used to promote the Jackson Hole Farmers Market on Town Square using various advertising outlets, including: screenshots from social media posts, photos, ad copy and newsletters.
