If your degree has a math requirement, you must complete the Math Assessment of Prerequisites (MAP) test prior to your advisement appointment. In order to access the MAP test through Blackboard, you must submit the form below. Once you receive access, you have until 2 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming semester to complete it. Note: If you do not complete the exam during this allotted time, your access will lapse and you must request it again.
