Applicants will be notified of their application status via email. Approvals or denials will be done on a rolling basis. There will be a wait list once all spots are filled.
ACCEPTANCE:Upon acceptance, vendors will receive an invoice for all applicable fees, a vendor agreement, and any additional paperwork.
Booth fee is due on receipt. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the invoice date, the space will be forfeited and offered to a vendor on the waiting list.
All vendors will be listed on the Fayette County Fiber Festival website and social media channels.
Vendors will receive social media badges to help promote the Fayette County Fiber Festival as a participating vendor. Minimum of one social media post in March, April, and May are required.

fayettecofiberfestival@gmail.com VENUE DETAILS For 2024 we are moving to a new location at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. The venue has a large indoor space, and we will have room to expand and grow in future years. There are large oversized doors for loading and unloading.
BOOTH SPACES All vendor spaces are indoor. Booths do not have drapes or dividers.
All animal spaces are outdoor under roof.
Acceptable animals are sheep, alpaca, llamas and angora rabbits.
A limited number of vendor spaces with electricity are available and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We are NOT permitted to run extension cords.
The main building has restrooms, running water, and air conditioning. Additional lighting is recommended because of the ceiling height.

fayettecofiberfestival@gmail.com ANIMALSThere is some space for animals on-site. Acceptable animals are sheep, alpaca, llamas and angora rabbits. These spaces are outdoor under an open sided building. Vendors with animals are responsible for setting up the fencing provided by the fairgrounds. They are also responsible for providing their own bedding and cleaning up all manure created by their animals at the end of the event.
ON-SITE CAMPING
On-site camping is available for an additional fee. There are 46 sites available. All sites are full hook-up (water, electric and sewage. The fee is $40.00 per night and must be paid in advance.
POLICIES AND CANCELLATION
COVID Safety: Your safety is important to us. Guidelines are constantly changing, we will follow local requirements for capacity and masking. Thank you for helping us keep our event safe!
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing. A cancellation received before May 1st will be refunded if the space can be resold. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1st. If a vendor cancels, the space will be filled from the waiting list.
