Film Student Education Scholarship Application
Film Student Education Scholarships encourage high school students to expand upon their film production knowledge by helping reduce the cost of educational and experiential programs like:

- Summer immersion programs
- Workshop or course outside of high school curriculum
- Travel expenses related to screening of student’s produced work

Colorado high school students in grades nine through twelve may apply. The grant may only be used for education opportunities. The grant may not be used for production purposes.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, meaning you can apply at any time. Submit application materials at least three months in advance of the proposed experience. Your scholarship may be up to but not exceeding $500 and is contingent upon funding availability.

Submit a budget for the experience you are applying for (for example, the full cost of the class or workshop, or travel expenses related to your screening) *
Optional: You may also submit up to two additional materials to support your application, which may include a high school transcript, a video clip of two minutes or less of which you were the primary creator, a script excerpt no longer than five pages, or other relevant materials. To do so, attach your materials in an email to info@coloradofilm.org with the subject line, "Film Student Education Scholarship Materials."
