This form is for the full season Noble School of Ballet program from September 11, 2023 to May 30, 2024. Homeschool 1-2, Beginning 1-3, Intermediate 1-3, Jr Adv, Apprentices, and Company dancers use this form.

To also register for Contemporary, additionally select your level option in the Contemporary class box.

If you are a new student or advancing up from Storybook Sessions, pay your registration fee to process your enrollment then print the Card Agreement from our Registration Page and send to 7 Main St, 59901.

From August 14 to 17, between 10:30 and 1:30, during our August Workshop, Card Agreements may be dropped in the tuition lockbox downstairs hanging on our slat wall in the shop.

And don't worry, as we process your registration, we will review your class choices to make sure your dancer lands in the right spot.

Returning students with a credit card already on file for tuition: By selecting this box, you opt to extend your previous credit card agreement for the upcoming season. Your card will be charged the $25 registration fee immediately, and beginning pointe or company/apprentice fees if applicable. Your first monthly tuition charge will occur on Sept 11, 2023. No need to resend paper agreement unless you need to update your information on file.

I'm new to Noble Dance or advancing out of the Storybook Program. I'll revisit the Registration page to pay the registration fee and print and mail the Credit Card Agreement Form to 7 Main St, 59901.

Registrations are processed in the order they are received. If you don't see your confirmation email from Brandy within 3 BUSINESS days (M-F), check in to make sure your registration isn't lost in cyberspace.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
