Disclaimer: We are a very small team and we don't know how much demand there will be for something like this. With that in mind, our response times may be slow. We're doing this initially to gauge interest, and will form a plan from there. Also, we would prefer design teams over individuals/freelancers right now given we're interested in how teams specifically do critiques.
