JCEC Reentry Survey
As we begin to plan for reopening, it is necessary to gather important information from each family regarding intent for remote or face to face learning for the Fall 2020 semester for high school classes.  Please discuss this as a family and complete the survey by Wednesday, July 15, 2020 so we can begin to make adjustments as necessary.  Please note that students who choose remote learning for high school classes will likely be assigned to a remote section with a teacher outside of JCEC, but will still be listed as a JCEC student.  All JCEC students will still be required to attend SCC College courses when scheduled based on SCC's hybrid model which is determined by each individual instructor.  If any family feels the need for their students to be fully online with college courses as well, please have students contact Ms. Judson at pjudson@southwesterncc.edu as soon as possible to discuss online course options on the college side. Please email Ms. Jacobs at mjacobs@jcpsmail.org if you have questions before completing this form.

I wish for my high school courses to remain face to face for the Fall 2020 semester. *
I wish for my high school courses to be through remote learning only.  I understand that I may not be assigned to a JCEC teacher for remote learning high school courses if I choose this option, but will still be listed as a JCEC student.   *
I will need to ride a Jackson County Public Schools bus for the Fall 2020 semester.  (This only applies to students living in the JCPS district.) *
