For kids age 5 & up, 2.5 hours, including:
  • Parent setup time (15 minutes before party starts)
  • Project time (90 minutes)
  • Cake, snacks and celebration (30 minutes) 
  • Cleanup (15 minutes after party ends)

Fee
$450 for up to 10 kids, $25 per additional child. Additional time at the flat rate of $50 per 30 minutes. This fee includes all art supplies.
YOU WILL PROVIDE:

  • Any food, drinks, cake, candles for cake, minimal decoration (i.e., helium balloons), and invitations.  (Simple is the best.)
  • Optional: Party favors in addition to take home art
  • Tables, chairs, and table covering if you choose a venue other than our studio

CONTRACT TERMS AND AGREEMENT

  • If emergency medical care is required, I grant permission to AES to obtain the necessary care.
  • Birthday kid's parents can stay throughout the party. This is a "drop-off" party except when guests are very young (under 5 years old) or have special needs. Two restaurants next door are great options for parents to hangout.
  • AES requires a final headcount three days prior to the event.  All children participating in the art activities must be included in the headcount including siblings.
  • We do not prorate for absent attendees.
  • $50 travel and service charge applied if the host chooses a venue other than AES.
  • Although aprons will be provided to all kids, AES will not be held responsible for stained clothing.  Please tell guests to “Dress for a Mess!”

$150 deposit to hold the date/time (Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal Preferred).  Full balance is due two days before the party. *
