A.R.T. Group Request Form
Please use this form to request your group tickets for A.R.T.-produced productions. The A.R.T. considers a group to be 10 or more total tickets to a single performance. 

Before starting your request, please note the following: 
  • All changes to group orders made through this form must be done in writing via email. 
  • All tickets are subject to availability.
  • Our W-9 form is available upon request, if required by your finance team for payment.
  • Student groups are limited to 50 tickets initially. **If your group will need additional tickets, please note this on your entry. If you do not note the total number here, we may not be able to accommodate an increase**
  • Requests cannot be accommodated on Opening Night Performances.

  • Regular Group of 10+ = Regular groups of adults, students, and/or seniors. Examples include: workplace outings, large family parties, groups of friends, etc. 
  • Student Group = Groups of students affiliated with a K-12 or undergrad/graduate educational institution. Examples include: Class field trips, dormitory outings, afterschool programs, etc.
  • Senior Group = Groups of seniors (age 66 and older) affiliated with a community organization. Examples include: Retirement community outings, senior activities groups, community organizations, etc.
