SDP Manimaran Cup 2024 - Individual Registration
Background: Singapore Democratic Party's annual futsal competition; now named in honour of former CEC Member and youth leader Manimaran Ashukumar, who was a fan of all things football. He passed away at the age of 33 in 2023, and will always be remembered fondly.

Individual Registration: If you do not have a full team of 5 main players and would either like to be added to a team or matched with other individual applicants to form a complete team, please fill this form in.  

You may register up to 4 individual players via this form. The person filling in this form should be the primary contact for players registered under this scheme.
