All applicants must fill up this contract once in beginning of January in every year.

1.) May use the clubhouse for their meetings with an approval of AAD Event Coordinator.
2.) May add the event flyers to AAD Monthly Newsletters for AAD members and AAD’s website with an approval of AAD Director of Public Relations.
B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS *

1.) Shall provide your non-profit organization’s By-Laws and a proof of financial budget.
2.) Shall follow local, state, and federal laws and AAD’s By-Laws and Policy.
3.) Shall be expected to volunteer any AAD event upon request by AAD
4.) May host its events subjected to the availability of the clubhouse (AAD Clubhouse rentals shall be applied.)
5.) Shall complete the AAD Clubhouse Rental form and bring to the AAD Executive Board meeting for an approval.
6.) Shall pay the rental fee plus security deposit and (if included) AAD Bar services first before reserving the event’s date.
