The application fee for new students is $100 each and new applications are not processed until the fee is received. You will be contacted regarding the fee upon completion of this form.

The price of tuition covers school supplies.

Your child's MSI number will be required for this Admission Form.

Please remember to send a copy of your child's latest report card, and any educational or physcological assesments to charity.miller@colchesterchristianacademy.ca. These will be needed to process your application.
