Write in 3rd person (he/she not I/me).  Limit 3 sentences, please.  Ideas of things to talk about: favorite memories from this show, previous hows you've bee in, people you'd like to thank, etc.  This form already has your name and grade, so there is no reason to repeat that information.  :)
