We're growing and looking for (1099 contract) billers to add to our roster. Experience for this role requires: 

• 2+ years’ experience with AdvancedMD software and the billing processes, reports, collections work lists, etc. within the (PM) Practice Management module.
• 2+ years’ experience with behavioral health billing, including but not limited to outpatient therapy and psychiatric. TMS, Spravato, Ketamine preferred but not required. 
• Experience with all aspects of revenue cycle management, including but not limited to main commercial carriers, Medicare, Medicaid billing, as well as patient billing and collections.
• Ability to resolve denials or claim issues directly with carriers and patients.
• Experience with Credentialing/Contracting

The perfect candidate for this role will have:

• Passion for helping clients access correct carrier reimbursement for their care as well as assisting providers in delivering top notch quality care through the use of our processes and systems.
• Availability during business hours with the option to work after hours as needed.
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies, clinical providers/staff, patients and team members.
• Timely work turnaround/high reimbursement percentage on rejected claims.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
