Inclement Weather & Rainy Day Dismissal
Parents, please complete this form indicating your “inclement weather/rainy day” transportation preferences.  As the parent, if you would like to pick your child(ren) up as an accompanied walker (regardless of thunder, lightening, etc..), you can pick them up at the art room (West Side) where all  Accompanied Walkers wait. Unaccompanied Walkers may be switched to accompanied walkers as long as you indicate the change on the dismissal form. You must have your car tag to pick up. **Unaccompanied walkers will not be released without a parent if it is thundering or lightening. Accompanied walkers may leave, regardless of the weather conditions, with a parent acting as the legal guardian. 

Inclement Weather is a generic term often used to describe weather conditions that are either unsafe or undesirable for outdoor events.

Rainy Day is used to describe severe thunderstorms.

Note:  If you have a child that is dismissed multiple ways, dependent upon the day, please communicate this information/schedule with your child’s teacher.  Inclement weather notifications will be sent to staff and students by 2:35pm.
