Mentors in our Gold-Star Certified program work with an individual student on a monthly basis throughout the course of the school year or potentially through several school years.  As part of a new hybrid model, Legal Prep program staff will provide both in person and virtual monthly meeting options for mentor pairs centered around college and career readiness. Pairs are also encouraged to keep up communication between monthly meetings to maintain a trusting relationship and provide the student with consistent support.

This is a great opportunity to influence the life of a high school student at Legal Prep and to serve as a role model for youth on the west side of Chicago. Our students highly respect and value their relationships with their mentors. Not only will you be able to impact the life of a young person, they will surely impact your life as well!
