Our client is seeking a qualified an accounting leader who is a strong team player within a rapidly growing healthcare company. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company, including: the production of managerial financial reports, maintenance of a proper systems of accounting records, set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance accuracy and other associated administrative duties. The Accounting Manager will also prepare monthly and annual operating budgets.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree Accounting is preferred but not required if significant experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
-Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a mid-size healthcare company
-Extensive experience with financial statements and reporting, budgeting and strategic planning and analysis
-Proven ability to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
-Experience using a variety of accounting systems
-Adequate understanding of Banking functions, invoice preparation/review, and AR coordination
-Excellent communication skills, motivated to succeed in this accounting field and interested in working within a growing and flexible company
