Thank you for your interest in the Arkansas Homesteading Conference! Due to space constraints, vendor booths are being limited to individuals or businesses that provide products or services related to homesteading or offer specialty food items. The vendor fee is the $20 admission for each adult in your party ($20 minimum) payable at the gate.  Each vendor will be responsible for submitting their own sales taxes if you are selling a product at the conference. A limited amount of space will be available under an open pavilion located just outside the main Exhibit Hall. Once that area is filled, vendors will be set up just outside the pavilion.  You will need to bring your own tables and chairs. Canopies are allowed both inside and outside the pavilion. The conference will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 23. There will be a set-up time on Friday evening, March 22. Gates will open at 7 a.m. for vendors to set up on Saturday, March 23. If possible, we would like to have vendors in place by 8 a.m. Once you register, we will be sending you updates as the conference draws closer.  Thank you again for your interest!
