Rose City Rising is a concept compilation with the theme of the summer of 2020. We're looking for young MC's that can write and perform a track over a selection of beats to choose from. The theme that we want you write on is how the summer of 2020 impacted you and changed the world. Write about BLM, write about zoom school, write about the pandemic, write about your feelings being isolated, write about missing your friends. Write about how 2020 impacted you.

Step 2 After you fill out this form we will send you a link to a folder full of beats and a folder to put your finished song into. The top 10 MC's will get a $50 stipend. We will present theses top 10 songs to a jury that will select the top 5. These new top 5 will be invited to record their song in a studio and receive a stipend for $100
