Hello From Mongo '20 Registration Form
If you are registering siblings, or a second child, you will need to fill out one form for each child.  Once you have submitted the form, you will be able to come back here and fill out another.

AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED FILLING OUT THIS FORM you will receive notification from us, via email, as to whether or not your registration has been accepted. Confirmation emails will include a link to make your $55 (per camper, per camp) deposit.  You will have 24 hours to make this payment in order to hold your child’s spot in that camp.  If you do not hear from us via email within 48 hours of filling out this form, please call or email to check on your status.  Otherwise, we ask your patience while we sort through our registrations and email links for payment.
