Here are the class booking details for January 2022.

You are booking a place in a class for the initial 6 week course.

WEEKLY CLASS INFORMATION:
During each class the children will be learning the required skills to pass a gymnastics award and badge. These skills are learnt on the floor with acrobatic skills taught on the apparatus.

VENUE:
Allenova Studios,1 Berkshire Business Centre, 1 Berkshire Drive, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 4EW

WHAT TO WEAR:
The children will need to wear shorts/leggings & t-shirt or the club uniform and bare feet. All long hair needs to be tied up and no jewellery to be worn. Face masks are optional.

I confirm my child is physically fit and healthy. I will advise you if this changes. I have completed the section on medical details and give consent that in the event of any illness/accident any necessary treatment can be administered. In completing this agreement I declare that I am aware of the element of risk involved and while I accept that the coaches will take precautions to prevent accidents, I understand that they may not be held responsible for loss, damage or injury to my child.

Refunds and Cancellations *

I understand that no refunds will be given unless a cancellation is made by AC Gymnastics. I understand that club closures due to strike action, weather conditions or any reason that is beyond our control will not be refunded.

I also agree to let Anita know as soon as possible if I no longer require my child's space in their current class.

I confirm that once this form is submitted I agree to process my child's course fees each new term. I also understand that my child cannot attend a class until my payment has been submitted.

Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we will still be following the protective measures introduced last year. Please read through the following and click each one to confirm you agree to adhere to these. *

When you arrive (1 parent only per family) to drop your child off please DO NOT enter the building. Your child will need to enter via the fire exit door into the studio. Have their temperature checked and use hand sanitiser then walk straight to a number at the back of the studio. Place their shoes and drink on that number. Then wait at their number for further instruction.

Please make sure your child uses the toilet at home before their class. If they need to use the toilet during the session they will go to the toilet one at a time and must wash their hands for 20 seconds before returning to the studio.

When you arrive to collect your child again please DO NOT enter the building. Wait in your car. The children will wait in the studio and will exit one at a time via the fire exit door. Please get out of your car once you see your own child.

If anyone in your household has any coronavirus symptoms or is self isolating then DO NOT send your child to their session.

If a child becomes unwell during the session (new continuous cough, high temperature, loss of or change in their normal sense of taste or smell) they will be sent home. I will call you and please come to collect straight away from the fire exit door. You will need to self isolate and arrange for a test. If the test is negative then your child will be able to return to class and you do not need to continue to self isolate.

If a child tests positive then the NHS Test and Trace will speak directly with those that have been in contact with the child. They may advise that the rest of their class should be sent home and advised to self-isolate.
