Tent Vendor Application 2025
Artisan Market reflects the mission of Winterthur by showcasing local artisans through a variety of handmade crafts relating to art, textiles, ceramics, glass, woodworking, antiques, artisanal and small-batch gourmet goods, and gardening. Each of these categories connects to Winterthur’s past, and we invite you to share a bit of your own history with us during this special weekend.

Artisan Market will take place July 18–20, 2025, with load-in on July 17, 2025. Please complete the application only if you are available to join all three days of the market.

I thoroughly read through the Artisan Market Vendor Information and acknowledge and abide by all rules and regulations stated, if accepted. *

I understand that load-in for the market will take place on Thursday, July 17, with times determined by June 2025 based on artisan location.  All artisans must load in on this day, with the exception of Market Bites, The Galleries, Aspiring Artisans, and any culinary artisans with perishable items.

I understand that, if accepted, I must remain within my space for the entirety of the market open hours (July 18–20, 2025, 10:00 am–4:00 pm). *
I understand that I may not receive my first location requested during the application process due to Winterthur's commitment to maintaining diverse offerings at each "hub" and across the entire market. *
With acceptance, I understand that artisans are responsible for their own setup and breakdown. Winterthur staff cannot provide assistance during load-in, breakdown, or throughout the weekend. Should you need help with load-in or weekend setup/breakdown, you are welcome to have helpers accompany you during those times. This is an intensive process for artisans with regards to the weather, terrain, tent panels, etc.; please plan accordingly to be able to complete setup on your own. *
With acceptance, I understand that Winterthur reserves the right to select any brand, product or company-related photos from the artisan’s website and/or social media to use for marketing and promotional purposes for the 2025 Artisan Market at Winterthur. Winterthur will tag/credit the artisan in any photography or videography used for promotional purposes. *
I understand that after acceptance notifications have been sent (by April 1, 2025, via email), artisans will have five (5) business days to remit payment for their space(s). After April 5, 2025, if payment has not been received, that artisan space will be relinquished.

With acceptance, I understand that Winterthur reserves the right to select any brand, product, or company-related photos from the artisan’s website and/or social media to use for marketing and promotional purposes for the 2025 Artisan Market at Winterthur. Winterthur will tag/credit the artisan in any photography or videography used for promotional purposes. *
The Winterthur Marketing team will be producing marketing assets for promotional purposes for the Artisan Market. Would you be willing to deliver three to four items to possibly be included within the promo image by March 10, 2025? We ask that your items are no larger than 8" x 8." The backdrop will likely be a medium to dark green, so as applicable, neutral-toned merchandise or merchandise that will complement those colors is preferred. *
To finalize my application, I understand that I need to submit 2-3 photos, including at least one booth photo. I acknowledge that I will receive an email from amiller@winterthur.org with a link to upload my photos once this portion of the application is submitted.

If I do not submit the required photos, I understand that my artisan application will be marked as incomplete and not considered during the review process.
