We are asking for input on the qualities, skills and characteristics that faculty, staff and families are looking for in the next Principal of Sheffield Elementary School. Gathering this input will help the Search Committee and district administration to construct interview questions, for two rounds on interviews with candidates.

We are asking that each response identify only your top 3, most important qualities, skills and characteristics for our new Principal. Identifying only the most important items from each respondent, will best allow us to understand the priorities of the school community, in this search process. Please respond by Tuesday April 19th.
