It is time for the Toastmasters District 54 District Council to be held.  As we cannot meet during our Annual Conference due to Toastmasters regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we will be meeting virtually through a zoom meeting.  As a Club President or Vice President of Education, you have a duty to represent the best interests of your club to attend the Virtual District Council meeting on May 9th at 9:00 AM.  By filling out this form you attest that your vote for your club will be represented at the Virtual District Council meeting.  It is required by Toastmasters bylaws that 1/3rd of all clubs Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education validate the credentials process which this document represents OR be present at the Virtual District Council meeting for voting.  We will be electing new District Officers for our District at this event so it is very important that you attend.  Meeting details will be sent out by Chris Boyk the District Director for 2019-2020.  There is one form per Club President or Vice President of Education per club.  If you are on officer of multiple clubs you will need fill out a different form for each club.  Each member is limited to only represent 3 votes.
