Each year RocVentures Climbing Gym supports charitable organizations to positively impact our community through in-kind donations. We ask that all organizations seeking a donation follow these guidelines:

1. Requests are limited to organizations located in the Greater Rochester area (Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans & Wayne Counties).
2. Organization must be a non-profit status 501c3.
3. Request cannot be related to award, prize or incentive programs.
4. Requests must be submitted four weeks in advance of event.
5. One request per organization per year.
6. We ask that your organization, if approved, pick up the donation at our office during business hours.
