Valley Center High School Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Mission of the Valley Center High School Athletic & Activities Hall of Fame is to recognize former students, athletes, teams, coaches, administrators, boosters or community members who have made significant contributions to Valley Center High School Athletics & Activities through their service, performance, dedication, commitment or accomplishments.

To be considered for induction to the Valley Center High School Athletic & Activities Hall of Fame, an individual, team, coach, sponsor, administrator, booster, or community member must meet the following minimum criteria:

- Athletes must be a graduate of Valley Center High School and been out of high school for at least five (5) years.
- Teams are eligible ten (10) years after the completion of that sports season.
- Coaches/Sponsors shall no longer be active at Valley Center High School.
- Administrators, boosters, and community members must have at least eight (8) years of verified service to Valley Center High School Athletics.

Additionally, the following criteria will be used in selection for induction:

Individual Athlete/Student
Superior accomplishments as a student at Valley Center
All State, All-American, etc.
Continuing excellence at the collegiate, Olympic/amateur, or professional levels.

    Team, Coach, Sponsor, Administrators, Boosters, or Community Members
Team records and accomplishments
Coaching records and accomplishments
Outstanding service to Valley Center High School Athletics

              Nominations:  Individuals throughout the community may nominate a person or team by completing the Nomination Form and returning it to Valley Center High School no later than July 1st, 2016.  After the first induction class of 16-17, nomination forms will be due before May 1 of the nominating year.
