Kia ora, we are wanting to find out a bit more about how our One Mother to Another care packages were received by those who were given one during their time in hospital with their baby/child.

If you/someone you know were gifted a care package we would love to hear your feedback and thoughts. All feedback is helpful and relevant and will help us as we continue to support parents and especially as we hope to expand into new wards this year.
