This should match the name that is on the hotel reservation.

To request a suite, DisCon III must have your existing Omni confirmation number so we can 'transfer' the reservation from a regular room to a suite if you receive one.

Please let us know whether you would like to be in an active area (where there might be gatherings late into the night) or a quiet area (where large gatherings in suites will likely trigger noise concerns).  This will help Facilities determine where your suite will be assigned.
