LGSD Parent Mask Survey: February 2022
School districts have the option to make masks/face coverings optional for students while at school after March 31st. This survey is to help the district gauge parent feelings in response to announced changes from ODE/OHA. Additionally, Our intention is to make masking optional for students and staff.

We will also utilize our communicable disease plan and monitor the impact of COVID in our community, hospitals, and schools numbers with the goal of operating as safely as possible and stay in collaboration with local public health, GRH, and Union County emergency management staff. We will review and update our communicable disease plan soon.

This survey is to help the district gauge parent feelings in response to announced changes from ODE/OHA.
