This is a sign up form for the Punaravartan clay sludge recycling campaign.

Volunteers will be expected to assist with the Survey and Sign-up of the campaign and with the collection of clay at various points in the city - They will interact with the citizens to ensure that clay does not get mixed up with other materials, to ensure that collection is free from plastic and to hand over the collection to the transporter as needed at the end of the day. Collection will happen on two days - the 5th day and the 11th day of the festival - dates to be confirmed.

This is a completely voluntary activity with no remuneration of any kind involved.

The entire campaign is a Zero budget campaign run only by voluntary contributions.
