What to expect next: Once you have completed this form a 4-H Office staff will be responding within 2 business days by email to connect you with the club or club(s) that best fit your selections. The club leader will then be reaching out to you via email to let you know when the next club meeting will be, date/time/location and any other pertinent information. Please attend a club meeting before registering your child(ren). We want to ensure that you find a club that is the best fit for your family and refunds are not available.
