Slow Flow Yoga Program, please complete ONE FORM PER PARTICIPANT.
Are you looking for a fun and effective way to release stress, calm down and unwind after a busy day? Then join Doris for an hour of Slow Flow Yoga. This Vinyasa style class gently guides you into the practice with breathing exercises followed by a warm-up phase to lubricate the joints and prime the core area. While you slowly flow through a main sequence of poses, you can let go of any worries and surrender to your inner-most self. We finish the class with a cool-down and rest which will leave you feeling refreshed and content.
For Adults age 18 and over.
Thursdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, June 22 - July 27 (6 weeks)
$60 for the whole series, or $12 per class for walk-ins
