Although I had been walking with Jesus most of my adult life, it had really never even crossed my mind that He might be interested in how I treated my physical body. 

It never occurred to me to invite Jesus IN to the conversation surrounding my health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness. I kept Jesus in his little section of my heart and mind, not ever realizing the FREEDOM I would find when I asked Him to tear down the walls around that little section and to saturate all of me.

Now I dedicate my life to empowering YOU to honor God in the areas of fitness and wellness. I know from first hand experience the freedom to be found once you do! 

God receives the glory & you receive the blessing, as you become fit for whatever He has for you next. 
It’s no longer about a size or a shape or a number on a scale; but moving in freedom, love, and grace.

In my capacity as a fitness trainer, I work with many women who are growing in their strength, balance, speed, and endurance... yet their weight is still in a danger zone that could lead to the potential of many health & joint issues.

Total Transformation is here to create the STRUCTURE & ACCOUNTABILITY you are looking for to reach your healthy weight loss goals. 

Total Transformation with FitCrew.Online is a transformation from the inside out... designed specifically for women whose goals include a healthy weight loss of 15 pounds in the next 12 weeks. I will teach you HOW to eat & move for optimal health, fat burning & overall wellness.

Over these 12 weeks, I will EQUIP and EMPOWER you to uncover the energy, vibrancy, strength, and motivation you've had inside yourself all along. 

I believe in this program so much, that if you follow the steps and do not lose at least 15 pounds during our 12 weeks together, I will continue to work with you FOR FREE until those final pounds fall away.
What does Total Transformation include?
  • Detailed nutritional plan in three phases (Phase 1 // Anti-Inflammatory Cleanse, Phase 2 // Fat Torching & Toning, Phase 3 // Lifestyle Reentry). You will learn not only WHAT to eat, but HOW MUCH is appropriate for safe & sustainable loss.
