Remarks: Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa and any/all of its agents/representatives will not be liable for loss of valuables, injury and/or damage incurred within the resort premises. There are safety deposit boxes available free of charge. All payments made are non-refundable. Outstanding balance, incidental bills and/or other charges incurred during guest's stay must be settled upon checkout. Extra person and/or change of unregistered occupants will be charged accordingly. Only registered guests are allowed to stay inside the room. All guests agree to abide by resort house rules and resort policies and conditions.
