Strategic Thinking and Planning - 3 days 
This course builds on your learning from Group Facilitation Methods course to provide a structured and participatory process for strategic planning and thinking with a group. Māori perspectives on strategy are explored.

Completion of this course can be used toward attainment of the Certified ToP Facilitator award (CToPF) offered through the Institute of Cultural Affairs Australia.

The course is three full days. It is intensive in nature, and includes evening sessions (Day 1 and Day 2). Full attendance is required to be awarded a Completion Certificate.

Cancellation Policy
Should we need to cancel the course:
If for any reason we must cancel the course, your registration fee will be fully refunded.

Registration confirmation:
An invoice will be sent upon completion of this registration form.
Payment is expected by the date provided on the invoice. Registration is confirmed once payment has been received.
Important note: Our courses are often over-subscribed. Should we not receive your payment by the due date, your place on the course may be offered to someone from the waiting list.

If you choose to cancel your registration:

If you withdraw from the course before the course confirmation date of Friday 18 October 2024 your registration fee will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee.

Registration cannot be refunded if you withdraw after Friday 18 October 2024  (the course confirmation date), but you can transfer your registration to someone else.

NB: In respect of COVID-19 if you cannot attend as you are unwell, your registration can be transferred to our next course or fully refunded.

What Your Fee Covers
The course is being held at Te Mauri Tau, Whaingaroa (Raglan). You may have already enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and food it offers. 

The course fee includes all meals.

ACCOMMODATION
 On-site marae-style accommodation will be available for a limited number of participants: this will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Shared travel arrangements can be organised from Hamilton.

POST-COURSE MENTORING
Post-course mentoring with a course facilitator is available for participants and is included in the fee.

NOTE:  Course will proceed subject to sufficient registrations.  A decision will be made on Friday October 18 2024. Please await confirmation on or before that date before booking non-refundable travel.
