Kick Off To Summer Annual Craft Fair

All applications will be reviewed thoroughly. We get a lot of applications and we have to take into consideration that there are many people in the same category which we have to cap. Your application will be reviewed and if it's a fit then at that point you will receive an acceptance email.

The fee for an 8ft spot is $55 dollars & Outdoor 10X10 Spots are $55, or a Food Truck Spot, which must be paid within 3 Days of receiving an acceptance letter from me. If payment is not made, I will drop the application and move on to others on the waiting list.

Payment must be paid by Venmo or PayPal. ALL FEES and DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE as they are used to promote the event. But, should the event be cancelled, you will receive a credit towards a following fair date.



Requirements: 
* Set up is allowed at 9am. Please do not show up earlier than 9am as you will not be allowed to enter for setup earlier
 * Your tables and display(s) must be ready by 10:45am. 
* Please begin breakdown at 4pm and no earlier. 
* Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
* We are not responsible for any damages or loss/stolen property.
* We reserve the right to censor any table/booth. You will not be able to sell any products that are not listed in this agreement. If you do so, we will ask you to remove it from your setup.
* You are responsible for bringing whatever you need to set up your space including tables and chairs.
* If you need an outlet please let us know in advance.  There are limited outlets and I may not be able to accommodate every person.
* Once you arrive please unload your belongings and immediately move your vehicles to the back side of the parking lot to leave room for participants. We want to make it as convenient as possible for attendees.
*I ask everyone to please participate in advertisement. I will be doing paid advertisement as well as other forms of advertisement, but the more of us that advertise the more successful we will be. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
*There will be raffle tickets for sale, to which every vendor must donate an item or items.
