Your Henna Paste must be applied 48 hours prior to a Boudoir photoshoot in order for the stain to reach its darkest potential.

HOW IT WORKS:
Our BAQ (body art quality) Henna paste is 100% organic, natural and safe for all skin types. Henna works by temporarily staining the top layer of your skin with a natural dye found in the lawsonia inermis plant. After 48 hours, your Henna stain will have reached its peak color. As your body sheds it's skin naturally, your Henna Body Art will begin to gradually fade away, until it has completely disappeared.
*Depending on your care, your beautiful Henna stain should typically last 7-10 days.

TEMPORARY STAIN:
All Henna is prepared fresh for each session. The exact shade of your Henna Body Art is dependent upon your skin type, condition and your initial aftercare. 

Henna is able to stain darker on thicker skin than it does on thinner skin. 

Essentially, the thicker the skin, the darker the henna will stain and the longer it will last. 

That is why typically you will see darker stains closer to the hands/fingers. Chest and shoulders are not guaranteed to stain as dark as the hands/arms. Natural Henna stains give off a ‘Burgundy/Brown’ color range.

Our artist, Ashley is currently working out of her home studio in Dyer, Indiana. Exact location will be given once your form and deposit have been submitted.

1 Hour minimum requirement when booking. You may choose to add an additional 1 hour or 1/2 hour session based on of your preference of Henna placement.

1 hour = $100
(discounted rate) 2 hours = $185

Full Hour Session options:
• Full chest
• Simple chest & shoulder
• 1 Thigh

1/2 Hour Session options:
• 1 Arm/Hand
• Small Under Breast

OPTIONAL:
Included in your session is our Henna Sealant Spray which can be applied to your design to keep the paste sticking to your skin longer.
OR for an additional $20, we offer to wrap your Henna design in our soft, breathable sealant tape which allows you to confidently keep your Henna on LONGER with no worries of smearing, rubbing, or flaking off - essentially prolonging the process of absorbing into your skin for better results.

Artist work is based on traditional Indian mehndi designs incorporating floral elements.
If you have a certain piece in mind, please send them to the confirmation email you will receive after filling out this form. Otherwise, Ashley typically works best free-styling during your appointment.
