Please check which option you plan to begin the year with. We are asking for a 4-6 week commitment. If you want to change your plan of schooling, administration must be notified of any changes.

5 days (Monday-Friday) in school. I understand that my child must wear a mask all day except at lunch and recess.

5 days remote. I will keep my child home but I will make sure they are actively working on their learning and checking in with the classroom teacher.

3 days in school: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. 2 days remote: Tuesday/Thursday
