After school rehearsals are at W2W for the balance of the season.  If students are able to transport themselves or parents able to drive their student or carpool to W2W that is preferred.  If your student does not have transportation, there will be two school buses that transport students from school to W2W immediately after school.  Students should report to the band room immediately after school if they plan to use the bus option.  

Prior to rehearsal the next two weeks, it's helpful to have a crew of students who have early release arrive at W2W early to help tape the field, begin to unload the trailer and set up.   Students may not leave regular class early to help set up; this opportunity is only for students who have early release and are able to transport themselves to W2W to help.  

We will be working with our concessions team to help feed the band on Saturday.   Students will be rehearsing on campus and at the stadium on Saturday prior to their MSBA Championship performance at 6:30.  Students will bring their own lunch and the band boosters will provide an early dinner.   Students will have the concessions experience brought to them at dinner!  Please indicate your entree choice.  Each student will also receive a package of chips and packaged dessert.  

Marion's Pizza is partnering with the Band to feed students Thursday 11/11 after rehearsal on the way to the Prelim performance.  Each student will get their own personal pizza and drink.   Please share your preference to help us plan!

We will have two breakfasts on the road during Grand Nationals.   One will be a b-fast sandwich choice with fruit and yogurt side.  Please share your preference.
