1) Registration for the Conference includes admission to all technical and cultural sessions, workshops, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail, certificates of participation (electronic) of different activities and presentation of papers (electronic), if applicable. Each author who wishes to participate in the Conference must register until the deadline specified in the table below.

2) In order for an author to present an paper orally and be sent for consideration by IEEE Xplore for publication, he/she must be registered. This registration is for an author and a paper. For each additional paper that an author wishes to present (and that will be sent to IEEE Xplore) he/she must pay an additional fee.

3) Fill in your first and last name, contact information and required information in the fields below and choose the payment options. The form will guide you through the corresponding sections according to the options chosen in each case. Complete the section and click on NEXT, to move on to the next section.

4) Authors who are students are required to show (send a copy of) a valid student ID card or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status at the time of registration, in the EDUNINE Dropbox.

5) Registration will only be confirmed when all receipts of payment are received in the EDUNINE Dropbox as requested in the sections of this form. The data contained in the receipts allow the univocal identification of the payments of your papers transferred to the conference's bank accounts.

6) Be sure to click on SUBMIT in the last section of this form so that the payments are registered in our system.

Written return requests must be received no later than January 1, 2020 at the Secretary of Congress. Returns are subject to a processing fee of 200 euros.
