Auditions are open to dancers 6-18. You do not have to be a current RED dancer to audition. You do have to be registered for 4 weeks of summer classes with the registration fee and deposit made in order to audition. Please visit our website and register for summer classes before your fill this form out . Please call the front desk if you have ANY questions! Elites really does change a dancers life and ability for the better and we are excited you are considering auditioning!

Once you have completed this form the office will contact you to schedule an appointment with Hannah Granville Beasley. During that meeting Hannah will go over our contract with you. Once you have returned the signed contract and paid the $25 tryout fee you will receive the tryout videos and the audition packet with all the audition details with dates and times.

Waiver and Release Information: I attest that the above stated physical, mental, and emotional limitations of the student are accurate. I understand that dance and tumbling, sometimes involves extraordinary use of motion. When practicing the art of dance, there are some possibilities for but not limited to the injury of muscle or bones. In consideration for using/ allowing my child/ self, to utilize the facility and staff of Revolution Elite Dance; I hereby forever release the owners, staff, directors, coaches, and all other employees from liability for any injuries suffered by myself or any student in connection with the uses of this facility at 5614 126th Street. I acknowledge that participation is entirely by choice and I am under no compulsion by Revolution Elite Dance to participate in the programs, nor am I being paid to do so. The interest of myself and my child is solely to participate in the art and his/her self-improvement, and I am willing to accept the inherent risk in this pursuit.

Registration fees, Tuition, Contest Fees, Costume fees, Spirit wear, etc. are non- refundable or transferable.

I understand that if my child is sent to the studio or an event not wearing appropriate attire, he/she will be required to sit and watch. He/she WILL NOT be allowed to participate in class.

Revolution Elite Dance also holds the right to dismiss any students from the facility or event if they feel a dancer is not behaving or representing the studio in an acceptable manner.

I grant Revolution Elite Dance & all teachers/staff to post my dancer’s picture on social media.

Please list any weekly conflicts you will have during the 2023-2024 school year. This will make a difference if your dancer will be selected for the team or not. Example: I have piano every Tuesday from 7-8pm and can not rehearse during that time. *

You will need to set up an appointment with Hannah Granville Beasley to finalize your Elites registration. Please select the preferred time slot you mandatory appointment. Appointment meetings should take no longer than 10 minutes. All appointments will be during office hours. M-Th 4pm -7pm. The office will contact you to schedule this.
