Join members of the Loyola University Maryland Dance Team to learn technique, skills, and choreography!
Special Q&A included for dancers aged 14+ interested in learning more about our team and tryout process.

All proceeds directly support the Loyola University Maryland Dance Team.

Zoom link to clinic will be emailed out within 24 hours of clinic start time. We will divide dancers into breakout rooms once all participants have arrived in the original meeting room.

No prior dance experience necessary. All dancers are welcome!

Please complete a new registration for each dancer attending.

**Waiver/Disclaimer**
- I am the parent/guardian of the below named participant, who is/are under 18 years of age, and I am fully competent and legally empowered to agree to this agreement. I am requesting that my child be permitted to participate in Loyola University Maryland Dance Team's Virtual Dance Clinic. By my electronic acceptance below, I acknowledge that my child's participation in this Virtual Dance Clinic involves inherent risks that may result in his/her personal injury, illness and even death, and I understand and appreciate the nature of such hazards and risks. Relying on my own judgment, I have voluntarily chosen to allow my child to participate, and I assume all such dangers and risks.
- I agree that a space will be provided for my child to participate in the Virtual Dance Clinic that is free of any objects that may hinder their ability to move or cause them harm, and that such space is within my own personal property or a permitted space compliant with any and all state or local guidelines as they pertain to COVID-19.
- I agree that if my child is to participate through a public space, my dancer is maintaining a safe 6ft. distance from any other person(s) and is wearing any face coverings required by state or local guidelines as they pertain to COVID-19.
- I knowingly and voluntarily on behalf of myself and my minor child hereby forever RELEASE LOYOLA UNIVERSITY MARYLAND, INC., ITS TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY FOR BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, resulting from my child's participation in Loyola University Maryland Dance Team's Virtual Dance Clinic.
- I agree to allow the Loyola University Maryland Dance Team to take and publish images, videos, and/or sound recordings of my child in social media releases and/or promotional materials in any medium of expression without limitation without compensation to me or to my child.
- I agree that if I am 18 years or older and participating in the Loyola University Maryland Dance Team's Virtual Dance Clinic, I agree to the above on behalf of myself.
- I agree that I will or my child will be respectful of all other participants, Coaches, and members of the Dance Team and will not verbalize, display, or act in any such way that degrades, discriminates or is prejudice in nature.
