Conflicts that are always disclosable are: 1) you or any immediate family member (e.g. brother, daughter) coaches or participates on a team, 2) names of any teams/studios for which you competed, 3) names of any teams/studios for which you coached, 4) names of any soloists/teams/studios for which you currently provide choreography or "cleaning" services.

Judges and adjudicators should err on the side of disclosure if they believe there may be a conflict of interest covered by this policy even if not specifically mentioned above.

Following any disclosure, DTU will make a determination whether or not the judge or adjudicator may continue with the assigned competition and notify the disclosing individual of its decision.
