Student Chromebook Agreement 2023-2024
Read the following information carefully because you are responsible for following the items in this agreement.

Chromebooks should only be carried in the hallway in the closed position. No student should ever carry a Chromebook in the hall with the screen visible or outside of the carrying case.

The Chromebook is on loan and remain the property of the Maynard Public Schools.
The student will be the exclusive user of this device and should not let anyone else use their device.
During the school day, student use of the Chromebook may be monitored at any time by the administrators and teachers of the Maynard Public Schools including screen activity and Internet activity.
Proper care of the Chromebook is the responsibility of the student.
Chromebooks with any software issues or physical damage should be brought to the school tech office immediately. At no time should a student attempt to repair a Chromebook.
