Kia ora, this is a very special competition to ensure our kids voices are heard, both their love and their concerns for Mother Earth. This will be a high profile competition with the winner's art & literature going into a gorgeous book to represent our kiwi youth voice at COP 28.

Launch on Mother's Day, Sunday 14th May
Competition Starts Monday 15th May
Entries received by 30th June, end of Term 2.
Winners announced 4th August.
Please fill in this short form in full as it helps us organise a tight and successful competition for everyone. Categories include Art (Graphic, Illustration & Mixed Media) and Literature (Poetry & Letters; Dear Our Papatuanuku). The maximum entries from any school is 15 entries. For many schools it will make sense to run your own in-school competition to find your best works to send to the main competition.
Following registration and payment of the entry fee we will send you resources that will aid you and your students participation. The pack will also include instructions for all categories and a consent forms.
