M-QEP Benefits Request
The NCMGA's Muscadine Growers and Winemakers Quality Enhancement Program (M-QEP) offers special benefits to NC commercial winegrowers and winemakers, including a free Brix refractometer and free sample analysis. This form is used to gather information needed to provide those grant-funded benefits.  Do not fill out this form if you are not in North Carolina.

Samples will be analyzed using an OENOFoss spectrometer. The number of samples that NCMGA can cover analysis costs for will be determined by number of participants and budget for the program. Participants will need to sample using recommended protocol, then chill/freeze samples before delivering or shipping the samples. Instructions will be provided.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the grower/winery.

In this form, request your best guess of what you need/want. NCMGA will notify you if only some can be covered by the M-QEP project; you can pay costs for additional samples yourself ($40/sample).
