Review of Jazz In England Audience -Questionnaire
Thank you for taking part in this survey which will inform the Review of Jazz in England. This survey and review is conducted by Chris Hodgkins on behalf of a governmental cross-party organisation, the All-Party Parliamentary Jazz Appreciation Group. It is hoped that the Review may bring about a better understanding of the issues and opportunities for Jazz in England and amongst other things, gain further support from national government, including funding. Understanding the audience for jazz is central to those aims.

The survey covers the following areas: (1) your listening habits; (2) the promotion of jazz; (3) your attendance at live jazz; and (4) a bit about you.

This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.  We don’t ask for any personal details or other data that may identify you, and any answers you do give will only be used for the purposes of the Review of Jazz in England. If you would like assistance there is an email address and a phone number at the end of this section.
 
It is possible to opt-in to receive updates about the Review, requiring only an email address, which will be held in strictest confidence and not published in the report or survey findings.

The data harvested will be handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), 2018, and will not be given or sold to any third parties; its sole purpose is to provide insight for the purposes of a Review of Jazz in England.
